Chinese President Xi Jinping said China will give zero-tariff treatment for 100 percent tariff lines to all the least developed countries that have diplomatic relations with China. Li Yong, chief researcher at the think tank D&C Think, says that seamless trade relationships will surely boost the economic development of African countries.
