On the sidelines of the 2024 FOCAC Summit, a high-level meeting on state governance provides a platform for Chinese and African officials to exchange governance experiences under the FOCAC framework. Under the framework, different workshops and training courses will be held, with research centers set up to strengthen personnel training.
