Chinese President Xi Jinping inspected Baoji City in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, as well as Tianshui and Lanzhou in neighboring Gansu Province from September 10 to 13. He also chaired a meeting in Lanzhou on the ecological conservation and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
